Speaking of the menu, there are standout dishes that showcase the bistro’s dedication to quality and flavor. The Pasta Fagioli, a comforting soup priced at just $7.95, sets the tone for the meal with its rich broth and hearty beans. Moving to salads, the Baby Spinach Salad featuring oranges, dried cranberries, spiced pecans, and crumbled goat cheese drizzled in honey white balsamic vinaigrette is a delightful starter that balances sweetness with freshness.
For the main courses, the offerings are nothing short of spectacular. The Cajun Shrimp, boasting a vibrant presentation with grilled vegetables and fresh mozzarella in a balsamic reduction, is a superbly spicy yet harmonious dish priced at $12.95. If you're craving something more classic, the Veal Scaloppini prepared in a style of your choice—from Francese to piccata—is a testament to traditional Italian cooking, available for $23.95.
However, it’s not just the food that delights. The service mirrors the care and attention found in the dishes. Loyal customer Karen N. recounts a memorable 50th wedding anniversary celebration in Bruno’s party room, where the staff’s attentiveness made the event special. “Bruno went out of his way to see that everything was perfect,” she boasts, a testament to the personal touch that guests receive.
Beverages are equally noteworthy, with excellent cappuccinos serving as a fitting conclusion to any meal, complemented by delightful desserts such as crème brûlée, which Michael W. M. highly recommends.
In conclusion, if you're searching for a place that serves delicious Italian cuisine with heartwarming service, look no further than Bruno's Bistro. Whether it's a casual dinner or a special celebration, this local gem guarantees a remarkable dining experience worth returning for.

“ Amazing food and service. The service was well placed and not rushed. My wife and I enjoyed a great evening. My Bolognese was the best I have had in years. No cheap but worth it. Excellent Cappuccinos and my crème brûlée was delicious. We will be back. ”

“ Very good food excellent service reasonably priced highly recommend this place been going there for years. My husband and I recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in Bruno's party room. The staff was very attentive to every detail and Bruno went out of his way to see that everything was perfect. The guests raved about the food and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend Bruno's for a delicious dinner and if your planning a part, you could not ask for a better place to entertain your guests! ”

“ This restaurant never disappoints, been going here for years. Always so accommodating. Service and food is top notch. Enjoy ”
“ We came here for an event and thought the food was delicious. I would certainly come back for lunch or dinner. ”
“ Ordered to go Broiled crab cakes in lemon butter white wine sauce- it was delicious 2 pieces of lump crab cakes. Warmed it up and ate the other one the next day. It was still yummy! Rigatoni grilled Italian sausage, broccoli rave ,sundried tomatoes, in roasted garlic and olive oil. Also a winner! Has right proportion of ingredients to the pasta. Taste more homemade. Not too oily. They probably use small Amy of oil. I prefer more garlicky and more fruity evoo which I didn't taste here. ”
“ Was in the area for work the past week and we ordered take out from this restaurant multiple times if that gives you any indication of how good this place is. Lunch orders come with baguette type bread. Now for various lunch entrees: Mushroom ravioli: comes with asparagus pieces and a heavy cream sauce (was good to eat with the bread). The ravioli filling was super savory and the ravioli itself was cooked perfectly. I personally would have liked a touch of truffle oil but it was good as is. Portion doesn't seem big but it's a heavy dish so quantity is filling. Stracciatella (Italian egg drop soup): so delicious. I didn't even know there was such a thing as an Italian egg drop soup. Perfect for colder days. Packed with flavor yet light enough to have with a lunch meal. I wish I heard of this sooner, it's such an interesting comfort food - I will definitely be trying to make this at home. Potato gnocchi: best gnocchi I've ever had. I never order gnocchi because I apparently have had terrible gnocchi if this is what it's supposed to taste like. They are like clouds that melt in your mouth. Their red sauce is perfect as well. I asked for added veggies like eggplant and zucchini but I would advise against that and just get the classic dish. Pappardelle with mushrooms in red sauce and melted mozzarella: I asked for this specifically (off-menu). It was phenomenal. Pasta was cooked perfectly, again the red sauce is to die for, and the mushrooms and mozzarella were super fresh. In general, all their pastas are made from scratch + perfectly cooked, and it seems they can do combinations of pasta, sauce, meat/veggies upon request if you don't see what you want on the menu. ”
